King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences (KSAU-HS) (Arabic: جامعة الملك سعود بن عبد العزيز للعلوم الصحية) is the first public university in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Middle East region specialized in health sciences. It is located in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia and occupies an area of 5,000,000 m2 in the eastern part of the city beside King Abdulaziz Medical City.

The establishment of KSAU-HS was announced by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques "King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz" on 16 March 1426 H corresponding to 25 April 2005 G.
